SOM III Plenary Webcast
The Plenary Session of the Third APEC Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM) was opened by SOM Chair, Ambassador Kim Jong Hoon, in Gyeongju.
In his address to Senior Officials and delegates Ambassador Kim discussed the progress of the current APEC year and priorities for the remainder of the year.
These include preparations for the APEC Leaders' Meeting and support for the upcoming WTO Ministerial Meeting.
