The specific objective of this pilot project were to:

• facilitate trade by eliminating unnecessary procedures,
• demonstrate how the regulatory process can become an integral part of the business transaction cycle and not pose an impediment to legitimate trade,
• demonstrate hpw regulatory bodies and business entities can work cooperatively to improve the overall process and, at the same time, meet their individual objectives,
• create a "road map" of this entier process that can be used as a model for other adopt.
