This is a best practices manual for APEC which will be the basis for measures to reduce bottlenecks in the region. Volume 1 is dedicated to the air transport and volume 2 addresses sea transport. These two volumes should be read by business and public officials concerned with improving the flow of goods, services and people in the region.
