Description
This is a study undertaken to help APEC Economies address greenhouse gas emissions and environmental issues associated with use of fossil energy to generate electricity. The study furthers APEC's objectives by expanding the information available on methods for improving the efficiency of current technologies and on the performance of alternative and emerging technologies.
