Description

Two APEC-GPEG workshops designed to consider Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) access to government procurement markets in the Asia-Pacific region were conducted in September 2003. The key deliverables expected from the workshops was to identify inhibitors facing SMEs when seeking access to government procurement markets within the Asia-Pacific region and to identify possible solutions to the impediments identified.
