Description
The purpose of this Stocktake is to revisit the telecommunications and information elements within the Bogor Declaration timetable seven years on, in order to a) assess progress made toward the stated goals, b) assess whether the scope of the list is wide enough to encompass the key issues facing the sector, c) assess whether each element is still appropriate as an identifier for a fully liberalised telecommunications market, and d) recommend necessary adjustments or additional measures.
