Given the varying levels of development and the differing emphases on aspects of Customs’ mandates across the region, this Blueprint will enable APEC Customs administrations to modernize themselves at their own pace, while serving as a benchmark for measuring overall progress. The Blueprint, with its annual updates, is a “living document” providing real and lasting benefits to the Asia-Pacific business community.
