Description

The 2010 APEC ICT4E Expo is a collection of initiatives, experiences and lessons of various actors involved in information and communication technology for education within APEC member economies.

In general, the expo aims to provide a venue to facilitate sharing of experiences and best practices in and gain support for ICT4E plans and programs throughout the APEC region.

The report presents the proceedings of the two-day expo which featured (1) updates on APEC ICT4E initiatives, (2) presentation of papers on ICT4E, (3) initial negotiations on funding for ICT4E projects of developing member economies and (4) showcase of different ICT initiatives in the APEC region.
