This report presents the summary of the workshop on improving the utilization of APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC). The workshop provides an avenue for knowledge sharing and identifying common challenges businesses and policymakers face on utilizing ABTC and its application process. The workshop also explored the key challenges, prospects, and opportunities to facilitate a good environment and policy settings to facilitate business travel in the post-pandemic era.
