It aims to share best practices of digitalization and innovation in APEC food supply chains. Based on this theme, the report outlines discussions by expert speakers and participants in the following areas: (1) Digital and innovative technologies on food production, processing and distribution, (2) Public policies including relative standards, and (3) Private application patterns integrating various quality-protection and loss-reduction technologies.
