This study reviews how APEC economies apply digital health technologies to support One Health governance, with a focus on antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and zoonotic disease surveillance. Many economies have established cross-sectoral coordination mechanisms and adopted digital tools to improve risk monitoring and response. Future efforts should expand to broader challenges like climate change and food safety, enhance data interoperability, and invest in digital workforce development. Continued knowledge exchange through APEC platforms and active stakeholder engagement will help build more resilient, integrated health systems and promote regional health security and economic stability.
