The main objective of this project was improving APEC Small and Medium Enterprise’s (SMEs) access to information on technical barriers to trade (TBTs) by way of identification of best practices. This report contains a description of the study and the findings of the investigations. The report additionally identifies practices that have a potential for wider adoption within the APEC region and explores opportunities for cooperation between APEC economies in the provision of information on TBTs.
